Jackson Crane Ltd
Quality Management Statement
It is the policy of Jackson Crane Ltd to maintain a quality system designed to meet the requirements of ISO9001:2015 in pursuit of its primary objectives, the purpose, and the context of the organisation.
Jackson Crane Ltd was established in 1997 to provide crane operators to the UK’s construction industry. The Company has developed its expertise since its founding and its aim is to achieve a high standard of labour supply to its valued customers.
Jackson Crane Ltd is committed to continuous improvement and has established a Quality Management System which provides a framework for measuring and improving performance. The following specific policies enable our team to achieve maximum results in client satisfaction and operational excellence:
• Strive to satisfy the requirements of all customers by deploying highly reliable, experienced crane operators. We precisely match personnel to client and site specifications, using proactive feedback to track performance and eliminate placement errors or site disruptions
• Ensure our clients get the operators they need, when they need them. We aim to fill every booking request and pride ourselves on sorting out short-notice or emergency site covers quickly
• We ensure that every operator is fully vetted and that their qualifications (CPCS) and Right to Work are completely verified before they are deployed to any site
• Provide our internal office staff with the necessary resources, dedicated training, and structured annual performance appraisals to maintain a highly stable, knowledgeable, and competent agency support structure
• Ensure that all employees are made aware of their obligations regarding this policy. We sustain a practical, streamlined management system that monitors performance based on real operational data to mitigate placement “risk” and drive continuous improvement.
This quality policy provides a clear framework for setting, monitoring, reviewing, and achieving our objectives and targets. This document is posted on the Company Notice Board and can also be found in the All Staff Handbook.
To ensure the company maintains its awareness for continuous improvement, the quality system is regularly reviewed by “Top Management” to ensure it remains practical, and highly suitable to our scale of operations. The Quality System is subject to both internal and external annual audits.
